Injured bus driver may be entitled to workers' compensation

Twenty individuals were injured after a tour bus in which they were riding crashed into several vehicles, California officials say. The accident happened on a recent Friday afternoon in mid-November. The bus driver, who was among those injured, may be entitled to file for workers' compensation benefits.

Gasoline line accident may prompt workers' compensation claim

Construction worker suffers work injury, in coma

A 33-year-old man who suffered a work injury at a construction site remains in a coma, according to his fiancée. The California man was one of the 10 construction workers who suffered a work injury on Oct. 9 when the 91 freeway on-ramp project they were working on collapsed suddenly. Although still in a coma, he has shown signs of recovery.
